Thanks so much for choosing your spots. Here is the final list:

Marketing:

1 person to take pictures - please bring your camera and be prepared to transfer these photos to a thumb drive, dropbox, etc. for sharing on social media after the event.

3 to do raffle - Sponsorship will have raffle tickets, please discuss the best plan of action for the raffle and prizes.

1 to man tables - Anyone can hop over here to assist at anytime.

4 to set up/decorations - Please be there by 5:30 to set up on Monday 11/16/15.

Patricia, I would prefer that the photographer has a professional camera. Tarrissa has expressed interest in this area in prior meetings, and has a DSLR camera, so we will have her take pictures for this event. Please let me know what other area you may be interested in so i can update logistics. Thank you!

Hi Bailey, thanks for taking care of cutting out the hundreds of stickers on that sheet! You rock!

The only other thing I am working on is making name cards for in front of each speaker. Other than that, everyone wear your shirt tomorrow, and if you are decorating, see you at 5:30! Thanks!
